1. Membership is limited to 16 Deputies.2. When necessary, recruits will be chosen from a waiting list. To become eligible for membership, a recruit must have an application on file by filling out the application at our official website.
3. Rotating Leadership. A new president will be elected on a monthly basis. This gives all members a chance to be the Leader.
4. One month of inactivity will result in an automatic dismissal from the REGULATORS. No questions asked. Inactivity will be determined by visits to the Delphi Message Board. No visits in any months period of time (30 days) will constitute classification as an inactive member.
